A Rolex square-case dress watch in nine-karat gold, dating to the 1940s. The silver dial carries crisp Arabic numerals and is signed Rolex Precision Swiss Made beneath its acetate crystal. A gold-filled wire mesh bracelet, fitted later by American bandmaker Kestenmade, wraps the wrist in a fine, close-woven texture. Rolex used the Precision designation on its entry-level, non-chronometer manual-wind models, frequently housing them in the brand's iconic waterproof Oyster cases. Small and light, it sits flat against the wrist and reads as a quiet, everyday piece of vintage jewelry.
