Vintage 1950s 18K Rose Gold Jaeger-LeCoultre Mini-Montre Round White Dial Watch

A Jaeger-LeCoultre Mini-Montre in eighteen-karat rose gold, hand-wound and dating to the 1950/60s. The round case is struck with double owl hallmarks to the back and frames a white dial with gilt stick indices. The Mini-Montre was Jaeger-LeCoultre's small-format dress watch, where a full mechanical caliber had to be built down to fit the case. On its black leather strap it sits flat and close to the wrist, discreet under a cuff and easy to wear from day into evening.
