Seven round brilliant diamonds form the raised cluster at the center of this 14-karat gold ring from the 1980s, set inside a fluted bezel. Ribbed shoulders step down from the bezel in alternating polished and satin finishes, echoing the design of a watch bracelet. A cluster setting groups small stones close together so they read as a single larger face. The band is broad across the top and narrows toward the back, sitting flat against the hand and wearing as a statement ring.
