Estate Aquamarine (28CT) & Diamond Pendant in 14K White Gold

An elongated cushion aquamarine of 27.76 carats centers this 14-karat white gold pendant from the 1990s, framed by a halo of single-cut diamonds. The pale sea-blue color reads evenly across the stone’s long, faceted table. Aquamarine takes its name from the Latin for “seawater” and belongs to the beryl family, the same mineral as emerald. A tunnel bail through the back takes a chain in either direction, so the pendant can hang north–south or turn east–west for a wider, horizontal line at the neck.
