Vintage 10K Yellow Gold Confetti Diamond Wide Cigar Band

This vintage wide cigar band ring in 10-karat yellow gold is set with nine round diamonds, 0.15 carats total, scattered in a confetti pattern across its domed face. Rolled rims run along both edges and frame the high-polish gold between them. The diamonds are inlay set: a seat is drilled into the metal and the gold is burnished over each stone's edge, so the diamond sits level with the surface and is shielded from knocks. Wide across the top and tapering toward the palm, the band reads as a statement ring yet slims down where the fingers close.
