Carved white and green jade segments form the body of this hinged bangle bracelet in yellow gold, dating to the 1970s. The carving runs in soft ridges around the outside of each segment, and the gold panel between them is engraved with leaves and flowers. A hinge and safety chain let it open to clear the hand, and it sits close and secure to the wrist once closed.
