A cushion-shaped malachite cabochon in deep, banded green centers this 14-karat white gold cocktail ring. Fourteen single-cut diamonds are pavé-set across the tapered shoulders on either side. Malachite is a copper carbonate mineral, and its concentric banding traces the layers in which the stone grew. The cabochon sits high and spans most of the finger's width, giving the ring the scale of a statement piece.
