A Hamilton Lord Lancaster R diamond-dial wristwatch in fourteen-karat white gold, hand-wound, dating to the 1960s. A rectangular case with a frosted white gold face frames an oval silvered dial, where six single-cut diamonds sit at the hour positions between slim baton markers. By the 1960s Hamilton was fitting Swiss calibers to its dress models, and this dial is signed accordingly. On its black crocodile strap it sits flat and close to the wrist and reads as a dress watch, with the diamonds catching only at close range.
