This is a vintage elongated bi color tourmaline ring in 18k gold and platinum
Circa 1970's

One elongated emerald cut tourmaline ~8 carat
that fades from a bright pink to a light green on the opposite end.
The gemstone measures 22mm x 6.5mm
Known in the trade as watermelon tourmaline
It is accented with 6 round brilliant diamonds pave set on a platinum ribbon design
across the tourmaline.
