Andrew Clunn signed these 18-karat gold swirl clip-on earrings in the 1980s, having trained under David Webb before starting his own line. A ridged square spiral coils in on itself across each earring, the grooves catching light as they wind toward the center. Clunn carried Webb's taste for sculptural, high-polish gold into his own work. At 50.70 grams for the pair, they sit close to the ear and give a bold graphic statement without pulling on the lobe.
