This vintage Soviet-era cocktail ring sets an elongated cognac-orange Baltic amber cabochon in 14-karat and 18-karat rose gold. Forked claw prongs hold each end of the stone, and an openwork lattice dotted with small gold beads climbs the gallery on both sides. Amber is fossilized tree resin, which is why it wears light and feels warm against the skin. The stone rides high above a slim band, giving the ring a bold profile suited to wearing on its own as a statement piece.
